I don’t see this guy making the team either. After all the coach hype, Jean-Charles wasn’t very impressive. With Hollman JAG, Kabion Ento the best out of the bunch. Never understood why they never tried Jackson at safety. God knows they’ll try and play everyone else out of position. Although depth at safety is better than depth at corner.

Agree about trying Jackson at safety. What would’ve been the harm? Might as well try everything before basically giving him away.

Thanks for the work you do putting together these articles. I look forward to reading them as they aren’t filled with BS from lots of the GB beat. I hope this guy can turn things around!

As I’ve mentioned previously, thanks for your time and insight. I’ve been a loyal reader of yours for years. You’ve always been honest and straight forward in your views. I truly appreciate and respect your work.

With that said, I believe that this trade provides us with a new corner for the coming year. As I believe this new CB makes the team as the number six guy. Granted, that’s not saying a great deal, but I just feel he’s better than Hollman.

Looking forward to reading your evaluations and insights as we move forward.

Take care and have a wonderful evening.

Gutekunst hit a homer with Jaire and whiffed big time on Jackson. Who knows what to expect from Stokes. I’d be OK if he falls somewhere in between.

This is exactly why I come here first when news happens. You always provide a fair and knowledgeable take. Thanks again.

As for the trade, it’s never a negative to get something for a player who was going to be released. So this trade is a win for both teams.
